Create a domain email and use it in Gmail/Outlook

1. cPanel → Email Accounts → Create.
2. Enter the name and a strong password.
3. Read mail in Webmail, or click Connect Devices for IMAP/SMTP settings.

Use IMAP port 993 and SMTP port 465 with SSL. Add SPF and DKIM records so your mail does not go to spam.
